New lead time

Great news for our customers! The lead time of paper cups production is now shorter!

Our customers’ delivery date requirements are very important to us, so we made every effort to make the paper cups production and delivery times shorter for online orders.

In the last few months, the lead time of online orders have already shortened compared to last year. Therefore, we want to announce the new production times for paper cups.

New lead time for orders placed on boldcup.eu:

• 10-15 business days when ordering up to 25,000 pcs.
• 15-20 business days when ordering from 26,000 to 50,000 pcs.

Please be informed: the lead time might be slightly longer (up to 5 days) to further destinations (Spain, France, Italy) and the non-continental part of Europe (UK, Ireland).
